Parent Teacher Organization (PTO)

Pierce Park PTO


We are a non-profit, tax-exempt organization (501c3 corporation). We partner with the school to enhance our community by providing fun and educational experiences for the students and support and good will for the PP staff and families. There are no dues. If you have a child at Pierce Park, you are a member.  

Examples of what we do: grants for teachers so that they can buy items to be used in your student’s classroom; funds for and help with our school’s food bank; monthly luncheons, prepared by parents and guardians, for the staff; t-shirts for the Math Meet participants and kindergarten kids at registration; a yearbook for every child; art and classroom supplies (classroom PA systems, for example); memories of Science Night, Santa visits, friendship flowers, Dr. Seuss musical production, OMSI science assembly, and carnivals.
